3. Craniosacral Therapy

Four weeks into your journey, you will be introduced to craniosacral techniques. You will learn the essentials of this gentle modality and how to work with subtle rhythms to support deep energetic and physical harmony.

4. Energetic Massage

At six weeks, you will learn how to perform energetic massage, allowing you to work with the different energy bodies for release, balance, and flow. You will be guided through all seven energetic bodies, helping you understand how they interact and how to support them in a holistic, connected way.
